This is the example of how to receive an order from customer via phone :

Shania, the customer service, receives order from Amanda (customer):
Shania   : “Beauty Care Company, good morning. Shania speaking. How may I assist you?”
Amanda: “Good morning, Shania. This is Amanda from Shiny Skin Company. I’d like to take order of “Great” cream for 20 packages.”
Shania   : “Certainly, Ms. Amanda. I will connect you with Mr. David at Marketing Department. He will help you with your order. Please hang on a moment.”
Amanda: “Thank you.”

Shania speaks with Mr. David:
Shania: “Mr David, I’ve got Ms. Amanda on the phone for you. She wants to take order of “Great” cream for 20 packages.”
David : “Ok, Shania. You can put her through.”
Shania: “Please hang on a moment.”

David speaks with Amanda:
David    : “Good morning, Ms. Amanda. This is David from Marketing Department. How may I assist you?”
Amanda: “Good morning, Mr. David. I’d like to take order of “Great” cream for 20 packages.”
David    : “Certainly, let me check the stock availability first. Please hang on a moment.”
Amanda: “Ok, Mr. David.”

After checking the stock availability:
David    : “Ms. Amanda, thank you for holding. We still have “Great” cream for 20 packages available.”
Amanda: How much are they?”
David    : “They are $200 for 20 packages.“
Amanda: “Ok, I’ll take that 20 packages. How much is the delivery fee?”
David    : “Ok, Ms. Amanda. About your order, I will send the order form via email. Please fill in the form with detailed order and the recipient’s address then send it back to me. I will send you information about delivery fee and payment procedure soon after receiving your order form.”
Amanda: “Ok, please send the order form to amanda@businessemail.com.”
David    : “Certainly, may I have your phone number, please?”
Amanda: “It is 9687524311.”
David    : “Ok, Ms. Amanda. I will send the order form right away.  Is there anything else I can assist you with?”
Amanda: “No, thank you.”
David    : “You’re welcome. Thank you for calling Beauty Care Company. Have a nice day.”
